The Equipilates method has made an huge difference to Jo's own riding; improving fluidity, consistency and straightness of her seat and clarity of her aids. The training has equipped her with specific on horse postural awareness and an incredible toolkit via which to correct herself in the saddle. Jo's mission is to share these incredibly empowering techniques with as many riders as possible!
