Ali is a UKCC qualified Dressage coach and British Dressage Trainer, who runs The Dancing Horse Dressage training and Livery in Worcestershire.

I have always had a strong belief that by correcting a riders position, you can improve the horses way of going, their ability to learn and become a more effective and elegant rider. After discovering how pilates could improve my own riding, I decided it was something I needed to be able to offer my clients.

It is very important to me that the horses are happy athletes in the training and that a good partnership is developed between horse and rider. Equipilates has had a huge impact on my own horses as well as my clients. Its very rewarding to see a partnership develop.

I have ridden several advanced horses and currently have some coming up through the levels. I have a 9 year old Friesian cross who is working at medium level dressage and a just backed 4 year old who I have high hopes for.

I enjoy teaching clients of all levels and run dressage training clinics as well as Equipilates ABC clinics all over the UK.

I am looking forward to completing the complete pathway training that will qualify me to be an Equipilates matwork instructor and biomechanics Trainer this year. Enabling me to help my clients further.
