Every week we have new on-demand content uploaded onto our private Facebook group 'Equipilates™ Online Rider Team' from me - that's two new classes, every single week! You can join me live through Zoom classes, which are on a Friday morning at 10am UK time for a whole hour of Equipilates™ movement fusion with Franklin Method® interwoven through the class, on a Monday at 5pm for half an hour for an uptempo strength and conditioning class, plus access the whole library of on-demand content which includes extra classes from my fabulous colleague Emma who is an Equipilates™ teacher, Franklin Method® Equestrian trainer and yoga teacher. Choose the length of time you want to devote, any equipment you fancy using in the class, or a particular body section or goal on which you'd like to focus. Remember new classes and content are added weekly. Here's the best bit though... with a fully interactive Facebook group where all of the content is available, I'm available to support you through live Q&As as well as through the group discussion. For just £40 per month, you can transform your body, mind and your riding performance! With a community of Equipilates™ enthusiasts all around the world, we can support one another with all of our equestrian and life goals. I do recommend a few small pieces of equipment to help you gain the most from the programme (though only a mat and a cushion is really necessary!) ; these are readily available if you do an internet search, especially if you're out of the UK, or you may prefer to purchase them from our shop if you're UK based. If you'd like to kit yourself out, the following pieces of equipment are really helpful... a Pilates overball, a spiky massage ball (you can subsitute a tennis ball!) a stretch band and a pair of Franklin® balls; orange, green or red. “I love being a member of the Equipilates™️ online team and feel it’s such a helpful resource to be able to access on a virtual basis. The monthly fee is great value as it includes 2 live classes a week as well as Emma’s weekly video drops and a huge library of past classes to access. Lindsay is fantastic at keeping an eye on what each of us is doing during the virtual classes and suggesting small adjustments which can make a big difference. I try to join live each week so I can benefit from her input plus it’s fun to work as a group. Each class is different so I never get bored and it’s clear that Lindsay takes a lot of care when planning them. It’s also great that she invites suggestions so if anyone is struggling with something when riding, such as stability in rising trot, relevant exercises can be incorporated in future classes. Lindsay takes time to explain why we are doing certain exercises and will share diagrams of our anatomy which helps my brain to consciously connect to the exercise and brings awareness of what I’m aiming for. This has definitely helped to improve my riding as I’ve got a set of visuals to access in the saddle such as awareness of what my pelvis should be doing in different gaits! And linking each exercise to an ideal breath pattern has also helped me to relax more when riding. I notice that if I’ve been too busy to keep up with the classes then my back feels a bit stiff so whilst there is an equine focus, Equipilates helps my body to function better in and out of the saddle! I am stronger, more flexible and have much better balance since joining the online group 🙂 Thank you!”
