​Nikki is an Equipilates Biomechanics Trainer™ based in Ceredigion, West Wales.
 
Nikki is also a Level 2 Centered Riding Instructor with over 20 years experience of teaching. It is through her passion for improving the horse-rider partnership that she became an Equipilates™ Trainer, recognising that the principles of Pilates can help her clients to enjoy the benefits of being a more balanced rider.
 
She offers private or small group riding lessons at her own premises or that of her clients.
 
Nikki runs regular Equipilates™/ Pilates classes in the area, one to one assessments and also Equipilates™ Fundamental Courses in six week blocks.  She also offers private or small group riding lessons at her own premises or that of her clients.
