I first discovered Equipilates™ in 2017 when I attended a class with my instructor Sarah Payne which then led me onto an intrinsic biomechanics assessment with Lindsay Wilcox-Reid. Since then I haven’t looked back!

My own riding has improved so much since I’ve discovered Equipilates™ and strangers have even approached me to say how lovely my seat is. This has meant so much to me as I spent a lot of years riding whilst suffering with lower back pain and I thought my position always looked terrible in pictures.

Since I have discovered how to use my body properly and move freely with the horse through Equipilates™ techniques I am a totally different rider. Along with the breathing techniques I use when my horse is nervous away from home, my riding really has changed. I absolutely love the feedback I get from my clients and seeing the difference that Equipilates™ has made to them and their horses. The improvements are quite amazing, and they drive my passion for knowledge and everything Equipilates™.

I am based in Grimsby where I have my own studio and I compete my horse in British Dressage. I have competed nationally and represented the Northern region. Please get in touch to see how I can help you and your horse. ​
