I am a qualified physiotherapist and APPI Matwork Pilates instructor.  I have completed my EBT qualification and AEBT qualification.   I am also working towards my APPI Equipment Certification (Reformer/Cadillac/Stablity Chair).
 
All of my enthusiasm for and commitment to Pilates, especially for riders, has come from my own personal experience.  
 
Pilates & Equipilates™ has enabled me to “unlock” my body and move with the horse – helping rather than hindering his/her way of going.   Riding has become so much simpler through Equipilates™ and it is incredibly rewarding to help other riders understand their body and discover a “better” way.  
 
I currently run small classes for riders, work 1 to 1 in the studio or at your home and provide tuition on your horse to help you utilise and control your body optimally whilst in the saddle. 
 
Each rider is unique and my aim is to truly understand your specific challenges and enable you to address them in the most effective and efficient way possible.
