​Hi, I'm Vicky, and I' m a qualified Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor, Equipilates Biomechanics Trainer™ and a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist. I am passionate about teaching people the huge benefits that Equipilates™ has to offer. 
 
Just five years ago I was suffering from chronic back pain to the point where I was unable to walk, let alone ride. An MRI scan showed several degenerative discs in my lower spine and the consultant informed me that if he operated there was a high chance I could be in a wheelchair. At 42-years-old this was a shock. I underwent an intensive physio programme and it was here that the physiotherapist suggested I do Pilates at least three times a week.
 
I had previously been to Pilates classes and always had good intentions of doing the exercises at home but never did. However I promptly enrolled on to three classes a week and practiced religiously at home. I was addicted! And then, not only did my life improve dramatically but my dressage scores did too.  I decided to train to become a Pilates Instructor and try to help others. It was then only natural that I went on to train to become an Equipilates Biomechanics Trainer™ so  I could combine my love for Pilates and riding.
 
My dancing partner is Max, a 19 year old British Warmblood, who I’ve owned for nine years. We compete at Novice Level and hope to move up to Elementary this year.
